The fine print.
A few things to know before you confirm your room — and exactly what we'll need from each guest at RSVP.
Good to know
- Room selections are based on availability and subject to change.
- All room guests' details must be added to complete the RSVP for the room.
- Review the cancellation / no-show policy before booking.
- All hotel rooms are non-smoking.
- External non-3Sixty +1 guests will be confirmed only after all 3Sixty employees have booked, and only if space is available.
- Cost of extending the stay past May 25 will be shared separately, subject to hotel availability.

- National ID copy (front & back)
- Cairo → Dahab travel: Company Bus (Dokki Office or New Cairo Chill-Out) or Personal Arrangement
- Dahab → Cairo return: Company Bus (Dokki Office or New Cairo Chill-Out) or Personal Arrangement
- Extend stay past May 25 at your own expense — if yes, share new check-out date.
- Bring an external non-3Sixty +1 at your own expense — if yes, share guest name & relationship.

This trip is free for all 3Sixty employees.
1 day deducted from your annual leave to cover Friday.
- Registration Closure: Sunday, 10 May
- Free Cancellation: Till Tuesday, 12 May
- 5,000 Cancellation Fees: Wednesday 13 May → Monday 18 May
- 10,000 Cancellation Fees: From Tuesday 19 May & No-Show
- Activity Full Cost: Activities cancellation after confirmation / no-show during the trip
Cancellation / no-show penalties will be deducted from May salary.
